Cooking Classes, Fall 2018:
September 30, “Local Fishes, Global Dishes,” 1-2:30 pm. Seafood class at the Seaside Public Library, contact Jon Burke for more information. “Local Fishes, Global Dishes” is like a mini vacation on foreign shores. We use our local catch to prepare classic and exotic dishes from the Mediterranean and Asia. Class will include recipes and tips for preparing favorites on the Oregon coast, including rockfish, albacore tuna, and shellfish, as we make and share an international seafood dinner.
